Utilizing a short-term, multi-media campaign that included radio, television and newspaper, Outburst Advertising alerted the community to this new program and the possibility of scholarships for qualified candidates.

The Result:

The specific goal of GCWC was to fill the class with 80% “targeted demographics.” Not only was this goal attained and exceeded with the class roster 100% full, but the majority of students graduated from the course.
